Concrete Construction Superintendent

Concrete Construction Superintendent Indianapolis, IN My client, a well-established Indianapolis-based construction firm , is actively seeking a Concrete Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in vertical and structural concrete projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing field operations on complex concrete structures such as parking garages, high-rises, podium decks, and other vertical elements . The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in formwork systems, rebar installation, concrete placement, and sequencing , along with the ability to manage field crews, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality control. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality concrete structures.

Concrete Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

Represent firm to client and maintain good communication Procure materials and machinery needed for jobsite Actively lead, guide, and direct the field day-to-day operations Schedule, coordinate, and manage manpower, equipment, and materials for each assigned project Ensures projects are built to requirements and specifications established by construction drawings Manage schedules ensuring deadlines are met

Concrete Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a superintendent in areas of concrete including but not limited to general construction, foundations, walls, slabs, vertical pours, and site concrete Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related degree a plus Experience with Procore is a plus

$95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
