Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our construction teams on concrete projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of concrete installation, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of concrete work processes. Duties Supervise and coordinate all activities related to concrete pouring, finishing, and curing on construction sites Manage daily operations of the crew, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of project specifications Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and conduct regular safety meetings Oversee quality control measures to ensure concrete work meets industry standards and client expectations Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, safety records, and project logs Skills Proven experience supervising concrete or heavy civil construction projects with a focus on quality and safety Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Familiarity with contracts management and budgeting processes within the construction industry Ability to operate or understand the use of tools like ohmmeters for quality assurance testing Excellent management and supervising skills with a track record of leading successful teams on demanding sites Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction site safety practices Experience with pipeline projects or heavy civil infrastructure is a plus Join us to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
