• Position Overview We are looking for experienced Concrete Finishers who are highly skilled in ride-on power trowel operation and capable of producing high-quality slab finishes on commercial projects. This is not an entry-level role—we are specifically seeking finishers who can run machines confidently, read concrete, and deliver consistent results under production schedules.
• Key Responsibilities Operate ride-on power trowels safely and efficiently Perform all aspects of concrete finishing including: o Screeding, bull floating, edging, and joint finishing o Monitoring set times and adjusting finishing techniques accordingly Produce high-quality finishes on: o Slabs-on-grade o Large commercial floors Work closely with foremen and crew to maintain production flow Maintain equipment and ensure proper care of machines Follow all safety protocols on job sites•Qualifications (Must Have) Proven experience operating ride-on power trowels (multi-rider experience preferred) Strong understanding of concrete behavior, timing, and finishing techniques Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes on large pours Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to work long hours, including early mornings when needed Team-oriented with a strong work ethic•Preferred Qualifications Experience on large commercial or industrial slab pours Ability to read plans and understand elevations/flatness requirements (FF/FL) Experience working with laser screeds or alongside them•What We Offer Top-tier pay for top-tier performers Opportunity to work on high-end commercial projects Strong, performance-driven team culture Consistent pipeline of work Growth opportunities into lead finisher or foreman roles•Why Join Harbinger We don't operate like average concrete crews.
