Experience in demolition, excavation, form setting, grading, installing rebar, placing & finishing concrete using a kum-a-long, straight edge, float, trowel, edge and joint, and post job clean up. Able to lift or pull 50+lbs; have ability to perform duties that include repeated bending, kneeling, reaching and similar mobile activity; proper knowledge and techniques for safely using hand tools (shovels, pick-axe, hammer) and power tools (drills, circular saws). Seeking to work year-round, knowing the seasonal weather conditions and willing to work long days. Must be a team player and work well with others to compelte the task.
