The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and construction, with the ability to work effectively in various environments. This role involves working with concrete to create smooth, durable surfaces and requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, including site preparation and layout. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to assist in the finishing process. Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various techniques to achieve desired finishes. Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of designs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Lift heavy materials as required throughout the day. Requirements Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and power tools related to concrete work. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Ability to read blueprints accurately is essential for this role.
