Job Title:
Concrete Crew Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Crew Supervisor to lead and supervise crews in various concrete placement and finishing tasks. This role requires expertise in concrete placement, grouting, and site management to ensure successful project completion. Responsibilities Supervise and lead concrete placement and finishing crews. Perform concrete placement, grouting, and site cleanup activities. Unload and load materials efficiently. Assist with excavation work as needed. Pump water from job sites when required. Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for concrete tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies. Essential Skills Proficient in concrete finishing and placement. Experience in handling concrete pours and grout applications. Ability to load and unload trucks safely. Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines. Capable of operating and maintaining relevant tools and equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to learn and share craft knowledge. Work Environment This role involves working on job sites where concrete and excavation tasks are performed. Teamwork is essential, and adherence to safety standards is mandatory. You will need to supply your own hand tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
