We are looking for an experienced Concrete Mason to help us deliver high-quality commercial and residential projects across Western Kentucky. If you value a team culture built on respect, hard work, and integrity, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Handle all phases of concrete placement: setting forms, pouring, and finishing. Execute professional finishes on slabs, driveways, sidewalks, and curbs (broom, mag, steel-trowel, and edging). Work with power trowels and specialized finishing tools. Ensure accurate grades and drainage using lasers and levels. Manage final details like saw-cutting, sealing, and site cleanup to maintain our high standards.

What We're Looking For Solid Experience:

You must have a background in concrete finishing and feel comfortable with site tools.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to handle the demands of outdoor construction, including lifting up to 80 lbs.

Reliability:

A valid driver's license and a dependable way to get to work every day.

Detail-Oriented:

Someone who cares about the "final look" and follows safety protocols without shortcuts. Bonus points if you have experience with skid steers, ACI certifications, or decorative/stamped concrete.
