Job Description

  • Overview:
  • STI Precast, Inc., a reputable manufacturer of quality precast products in New England, is seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our team in Leominster, MA. As a 3rd generation, family-owned company with over 60 years of experience, STI Precast upholds core values of reliability, quality, and service in all aspects of our operations. We provide year round work.
  • Duties:
  • Perform various tasks related to concrete work, including but not limited to pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces.
  • Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
  • Utilize hand tools effectively to carry out assigned tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Operate commercial driving equipment as needed for transportation of materials to job sites.
  • Execute tasks related to stucco, plastering, tile laying, and flooring installation with attention to detail.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques to achieve desired results.
  • Experience with hardscape installations and familiarity with tile laying and flooring installation.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating principles for accurate project assessments.
  • Ability to weld when necessary for project requirements.
  • Competence in using hand tools effectively and safely.
