This role is vital in ensuring the successful execution of concrete foundation projects, overseeing crews, managing schedules, and maintaining quality standards.
Skills Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools. Supervising experience with a proven track record of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. . Minimum of 5 years concrete concstruction experience required Must have experience using hand set forms & placing concrete Clear ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and shop drawings Must be able to clearly communicate with all leadership & personell on site Valid drivers license required Benefits Include Paid Time Off Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401k
Primary duties include:
Crew Direction - Oversee multiple employee trades such as carpenters, laborers, & iron workers and direct the installation of formwork, rebar & Concrete Communicate with office staff to track any changes, plan for any unforeseen circumstances, and to keep placements scheduled . Supervise and coordinate all activities related to concrete foundation construction on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols. Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, providing clear instructions and support to optimize productivity and quality. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate foundation placement and dimensions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and maintain open communication channels. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards at all times on the construction site.Skills Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
