They are known for delivery complex, large scale commercial and infrastructure projects and offer stability, a family oriented culture, and long-term growth opportunities. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in concrete construction to oversee and coordinate large-scale projects from preconstruction to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and 10+ years of construction, design, finance, and management of concrete construction project site experience. This role offers an opportunity to managed technically challenging concrete scopes while representing the company in project meetings, negotiations, and client interactions. Duties Develop formal budget, maintain a project schedule, and manage financial aspects of all contracts. Prepare or direct the preparation of purchase orders and subcontracts for concrete materials and labor; this includes concrete, rebar, stud rails, post-tensioning, formwork, tower and mobile cranes, and any other miscellaneous concrete materials. Coordinate all aspects of concrete construction with the Owner and General Contractor including submitting and coordinating all project schedules, pay applications, change orders, submittals and approvals, and RFI's. Represent the company in project meetings, labor negotiations, meetings with governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the project, and other meetings necessary for project completion. Work with Superintendent to ensure that forming systems are fully engineered and safe. Coordinate concrete work with other trades and testing agencies on site. Review engineering and architectural drawings and specifications to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and schedules. Issue sub-contracts and purchase orders as required; recommend the selection of and oversee hired subcontractors. Establish, track and manage project schedules ensuring timelines are met successfully. Promote total quality and customer satisfaction by acting as liaison between customer and field management to ensure the project work is completed per customer expectations. Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task. Properly follow all company policies and
OSHA/MOSH/VOSH
regulations for safe working procedures. Qualifications Must have at least 10 years experience of construction, design, finance, and management of concrete construction projects. Pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and "Fit for Work" physical. Be willing to travel to job sites when required. Be willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays when necessary; ability to work overtime when required. •Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not required Reliable transportation
