Vice President of Project Management Summary of Responsibilities:
This position provides administrative and technical function on a construction project including scheduling, subcontract coordination, cost engineering, and general project administration
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in multi-family, high rise residential, and hospitality construction is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Basic understanding of Texture, Blue Beam and Smartsheet Ability to comprehend blueprints High sense of urgency to work independently and meet critical deadlines Excellent communication skills - written, presentation, and interpersonal Possess a high degree of integrity and dedication to superior customer service Essential Functions of the
Job:
Prepare change order and back-up documentation Creating and organizing project files Overseeing the administration of project closeout Performing quantity take-offs based on blueprints

Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field Minimum 3 years of construction management experience
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.
