Competitive, based on experience Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Concrete Construction Workers to join our team in Cutler, Maine. The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of concrete construction, including site preparation, formwork, reinforcing steel installation, concrete placement, finishing, and cleanup. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in outdoor environments. Responsibilities Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, grading, and setting forms. Assist with the placement and tying of reinforcing steel (rebar). Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete for foundations, slabs, sidewalks, walls, and other structures. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Assist with concrete finishing, including screeding, floating, edging, and curing. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment. Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Perform other construction-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous concrete construction experience preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship. Experience operating construction equipment is a plus.
