What You'll Be Doing Assisting with concrete pours, forming, and finishing Setting forms, rebar, and preparing job sites Operating hand tools and basic construction equipment Helping with clean‑up and material handling Supporting the crew to keep projects moving on schedule ✔️ What We're Looking For Reliable and ready to work every day Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet Experience with concrete or general labor preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Safety‑minded and able to follow instructions ?
