Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Cement Finisher with experience in commercial and residential flatwork projects. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and be capable of managing a small team of 1-3 workers. Additionally, we are looking for a motivated basic laborer interested in learning the trade with opportunities for informal mentoring and advancement. Competitive pay is offered. Responsibilities Perform cement finishing and flatwork execution Pour concrete and ensure proper surface smoothing Handle and maintain concrete finishing equipment Lead and coordinate small teams on commercial and residential projects Support and mentor laborers interested in learning the trade Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in cement finishing
