Concrete Finisher Laborer

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Finisher Laborer and be at the forefront of transforming raw materials into durable, high-quality concrete structures. We are seeking motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in concrete finishing, rebar installation, and site preparation while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Paid positions are available for all applicants committed to craftsmanship and safety. Responsibilities Prepare and set up forms, molds, and frameworks for concrete pouring using hand tools and power tools. Mix and pour concrete accurately, ensuring proper placement and compaction for a smooth finish. Finish concrete surfaces by leveling, smoothing, and applying textures using trowels, floats, and other finishing tools. Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to ensure structural integrity. Assist with related tasks like caulking, stucco application, tile laying, or masonry work as needed on-site. Qualifications Prior construction site experience with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades preferred. Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete pumping systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in finishing work. Familiarity with rebar installation, form setting, metal stud framing, carpentry (including trim carpentry), roofing, plastering or restoration work is a plus. Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
