Job Summary:

As a Concrete Laborer, you will work closely with our construction team to complete concrete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will assist with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and other tasks as needed, while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications. Pour, place, and finish concrete using various tools and techniques. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure proper curing of concrete surfaces to achieve desired strength and durability. Perform form carpentry as needed during projects. Conduct quality checks on finished surfaces to meet project standards. Lift and carry heavy materials and equipment as required. Collaborate with team members and other construction professionals on-site.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing. Strong carpentry skills for constructing formwork. Ability to safely operate power tools and construction equipment. Knowledge of concrete installation methods and materials. Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting. Familiarity with construction site safety practices.
