Concrete Finisher/Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Perform concrete finishing tasks such as leveling, smoothing, and shaping surfaces
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete concrete finishing projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of concrete work
• Apply caulk and stucco to fill gaps and cracks in concrete surfaces
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for concrete pouring and finishing
• Collaborate with other construction workers, including carpenters, to complete projects on time

Skills:

• Proficient in concrete finishing techniques, including leveling, smoothing, and shaping
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
• Familiarity with construction estimating for accurate project planning
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in concrete finishing
