Concrete Foreman

```Duties```

• Perform various tasks related to concrete construction, including pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces
• Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including the installation of formwork and reinforcement materials.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Attend meetings with team members to schedule and coordinate other projects.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget. ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience as a concrete laborer or in a similar construction role preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
• Familiarity with construction management
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
• Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control principles in construction projects
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients
