  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Form setter and Finisher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and concrete work, demonstrating proficiency in various tasks related to concrete installation and finishing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites. Duties Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing tasks according to project specifications. Install rebar and other reinforcement materials as needed for structural integrity. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and layouts. Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials on the construction site. Participate in renovation projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship in all aspects of work. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Qualifications vary depending on experience and position Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate equipment safely. Experience in concrete construction is a plus but is not required. Training will be provided. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100 pounds) regularly throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site. A valid commercial driver's license may be required for certain positions within the role.
