This role involves placing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces to meet project specifications while delivering high-quality, durable, and visually appealing results across a variety of construction projects. Key Responsibilities Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces Perform finishing techniques such as: Floating Troweling Edging Jointing Ensure surfaces meet quality, durability, and aesthetic standards Assist with site restoration tasks, including: Spreading black dirt Laying sod Hydro-seeding Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols Qualifications Proven experience in concrete finishing and restoration work Strong knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques Ability to produce smooth, durable, high-quality finishes Strong commitment to safety and workmanship Hiring Requirements All candidates must: Pass a 7-year criminal background check Pass a pre-employment drug screening Have a clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations in the past 2 years No DUI offenses within the past 2 years
