      Temp-to-perm / Ongoing work (based on performance and workload) Concrete Finisher (Hand Finishing)
      Job Description:
      Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to perform hand finishing work on commercial and/or residential concrete projects. Candidates must be skilled in all aspects of concrete finishing and willing to work from start to finish on job sites. Work includes placing, finishing, and detailing concrete surfaces to required specifications. Responsibilities include hand finishing using mags and floats, edging, stamping, broom finishing, and assisting with form setting and stripping. Candidates must be able to complete full concrete finishing duties and work as part of a crew to ensure high-quality results and jobsite efficiency. Qualifications for Concrete Finisher (Hand Finishing): 2-5+ years of concrete finishing experience required Strong experience with hand finishing using magnesium floats and hand tools Experience with edging, stamping, and broom finishing Ability to assist with setting and stripping forms Ability to perform full scope concrete finishing from start to finish Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Additional Requirements for Concrete Finisher (Hand Finishing):
      • Must be eligible to work in the United States
      • Must have reliable transportation to the job site
      • Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
