Concrete Floor Coating Crew Leader

Concrete Floor Coating Lead PolyMagic is seeking a self motivated team leader for a Lead Floor Coating position to service the Kansas City area.

Required qualifications include:

2+ years experience in the floor sealing/coating industry. Lead/management experience Proficiency in the technical skills needed to install concrete floor coatings.

• Surface preparations including concrete grinding and shot blasting
• Mixing
• Joint filling
• Broadcasting
• Application
• Trowling Cove Base We are looking for a team member who is ready to jump in and complete the tasks in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

• Work without supervision This position will require working in and around our customer's homes, so a professional and courteous demeanor is required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work with sales to understand the project scope and customer expectations.
• Ensure accuracy of the project details and work orders.
• Maintain a schedule with your crew to complete the projects within the timeline.
• Manage all required materials, equipment, and tools - in preparation for the job, during the job, and clean-up after the job.
• Operate a clean work space both at the shop, at the customers' homes, and at the completion of the project.
• Manage the daily procedures and schedules to keep the crew running smoothly.
• Be proactive in handling of any on site incidents or emergencies.
• Train others in different skills and applications of PolyMagic's concrete floor coatings process.
