We are looking for a dedicated Concrete Finisher/Laborer Foreman to join our growing team and help maintain our strong commitment to excellence.

Position Overview:

The Concrete Finisher/Laborer Foreman will oversee and manage concrete finishing and labor activities on job sites. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure high-quality craftsmanship, meet project deadlines, and maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in concrete finishing, labor management, and a passion for delivering results with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of concrete finishers and laborers, ensuring all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines. Perform hands-on concrete finishing, including smoothing, leveling, and finishing surfaces. Coordinate labor activities and allocate tasks based on skill level and project needs. Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and comply with all safety standards and regulations. Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members. Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity while fostering a positive work environment. Uphold company values of respect, integrity, and solution-focused leadership throughout the team.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a concrete finisher or laborer with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Proven ability to manage teams effectively and work under pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
