Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Concrete Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete polishing, grinding, and sealing for commercial projects, retail & supermarket experience a plus. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, travel within the United States, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:
Perform concrete polishing, grinding, hand grinding, sealing, and staining according to project specifications. Operate various concrete polishing equipment, including grinders and vacuums. Inspect surfaces and apply necessary treatments to ensure a smooth, durable finish. Maintain and troubleshoot polishing equipment as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures. Ensure job sites are clean and organized after completion of work.
Requirements:
Previous experience in concrete polishing or related construction work preferred. Knowledge of various concrete finishing techniques and materials. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation to local job sites, transportation will be provided for out of state projects. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
