Concrete Foreman Pay:
$30-$38 per hour (DOE) Join Our Foundation Crew Citation Site Services is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead residential and commercial foundation crews. We specialize in high-quality concrete foundation work and are looking for a motivated leader who takes pride in safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of foundation crews Read and interpret plans, layouts, and project specifications Manage site preparation, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Train and mentor crew members Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and customers Maintain equipment, materials, and job site organization Qualifications Previous experience in concrete construction and foundation work Leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong understanding of residential and commercial foundation systems Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Benefits Competitive pay: $30-$38 per hour Flexible work schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Apply Today If you're a dependable leader with concrete foundation experience and want to join a growing company, we'd like to hear from you.
