Concrete Finisher Form Setter

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Finisher Form Setter and bring your expertise in concrete finishing, form setting, and construction to life! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing and setting forms that shape concrete structures, ensuring precision and quality throughout every project. Your mechanical knowledge, experience with rebar installation, blueprint reading, and ability to operate power tools will be essential in delivering durable, high-quality concrete work. Duties Set up and install formwork for concrete structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to ensure accurate dimensions and alignment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine form layout and specifications Install rebar reinforcement within forms to provide structural support for poured concrete Prepare surfaces by applying caulking, plastering, or stucco as needed for finishing touches or restoration projects Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and other machinery to facilitate efficient concrete pouring and finishing processes Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, troweling, and sealing surfaces to achieve desired textures and quality standards Collaborate with team members on heavy lifting, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and other related construction activities to support project completion Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on concrete forming and finishing techniques Strong mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and schematics reading Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics for form setting and rebar placement Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, plastering, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, welding or restoration is a plus Capable of heavy lifting safely for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail Valid commercial driver's license or experience operating heavy equipment is advantageous Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites with a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment Join us in shaping the future of construction by bringing precision craftsmanship and energetic teamwork to every project! Pay:

$26.50 - $32.00 per hour
