Description We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer to support daily operations at our precast concrete manufacturing facility and retail yard. This position plays a key role in producing, handling, and delivering high-quality precast concrete products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Competitive Salary
Full Benefits Major Job Responsibilities will include: Assist in the production of precast concrete products, including forms, pouring, finishing, stripping, and curing
Load, unload, and move concrete products and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling
Support retail yard operations, including customer assistance, product staging, and order fulfillment
Perform general labor duties such as cleaning molds, maintaining forms, and keeping the yard and plant orderly
Assist with inventory organization and material handling
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work collaboratively with plant operators, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily production and customer needs Qualifications & Skills Previous construction, concrete, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Forklift experience a plus (training available)
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Work Schedule Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
