They have an urgent, high volume need in Charlotte for Assistant Superintendents with vertical, high-rise concrete experience. This is their top priority in the region right now and we are looking to have conversations this week. If you have a self perform concrete background and you have run a portion of the work on vertical structures of 10 stories and above, we want to talk to you straight away. You will lead a crew on your section of the work, drive daily production, and develop toward a full Superintendent role. Key Responsibilities Run your section of the vertical self perform concrete work under the Superintendent Lead and direct a crew to meet daily safety, quality, and production goals Help build and deliver the daily plan for your portion of the work Oversee elevated decks, columns, walls, core, and structural concrete on your section Support pre-pour walkthroughs with the project team, engineers, and inspectors Stage equipment, materials, and workstations so your crew is ready to place Track timesheets, delivery tickets, and daily production Communicate status accurately and on time to the Superintendent and project team Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe, efficient work area Develop toward a full Superintendent role Requirements Self perform concrete experience is required — you have worked within a self perform concrete operation, not purely coordinating subcontractors Vertical / high-rise experience — you have worked on structures of 10 stories or more Some field leadership experience, or strong field experience ready to step up into a leadership role Knowledge of structural concrete, forming systems, reinforcing, and sequencing Ability to lead a crew and drive daily results Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, Outlook Procore experience preferred OSHA 30 preferred Based in or able to relocate to Charlotte, NC Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future What's On Offer Competitive base salary $95,000
