They have an urgent, high volume need in Charlotte for Superintendents with vertical, high-rise concrete experience. This is their top priority in the region right now and we are looking to move fast. If you have a strong self perform concrete background and you have led or supported crews on vertical structures of 10 stories and above, we want to hear from you this week. You will work closely with the operational team to build and deliver the project plan, leading your crew to meet safety, quality, and production goals every day. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a plan for your phase of vertical concrete work Lead and manage self perform crews on high-rise structural concrete Oversee elevated decks, columns, walls, core, shear walls, and structural concrete Run pre-pour walkthroughs with project teams, engineers, and inspectors to verify readiness and compliance Stage equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output Track timesheets, delivery tickets, and sign in / sign out sheets Hit execution goals for your portion of the work Communicate project status accurately and on time to all parties Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe, efficient job site Mentor and develop junior field staff and Field Engineers Requirements Self perform concrete experience is required — you have worked within a self perform concrete operation, not purely coordinating subcontractors Vertical / high-rise experience — you have worked on structures of 10 stories or more Strong knowledge of structural concrete, forming systems, reinforcing, sequencing, and quality control Experience on large scale projects over $1 million in concrete scope Ability to lead people and drive results Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, Outlook Procore experience preferred OSHA 30 preferred Based in or able to relocate to Charlotte, NC Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future What's On Offer Competitive base salary $115,000
