We are open to candidates who have strong estimating and takeoff skills from related construction trades and are interested in learning the structural concrete business. The ideal candidate can read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings, visualize construction from plans, perform accurate quantity takeoffs, and develop competitive estimates for commercial construction projects. Experience with concrete estimating, rebar estimating, quantity surveying, cost estimating, proposal development, and construction bidding is highly valued.
