Use hand tools and heavy equipment to perform surface repairs, rebar installation, and concrete patching as needed. Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to execute resurfacing projects accurately. Conduct quality inspections throughout the process to ensure flawless application and surface durability. Assist with other construction activities including concrete finishing, masonry work, or framing when required. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to concrete grinding and epoxy application. Experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation for precise project execution. Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming, plastering, stucco work, and masonry techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during surface preparation and finishing tasks. Familiarity with renovation processes including flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, and restoration projects. Excellent understanding of construction site safety protocols and ability to work effectively within team environments on diverse projects.
