Are you an experienced construction professional with a strong background in concrete work and crew leadership? We're looking for someone who can lead by example, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and work alongside crews while helping projects stay on schedule, on budget, and completed safely. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with concrete construction experience who is ready to take on increasing responsibility and grow into a role with more responsibility. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support crews on active commercial construction projects Coordinate daily jobsite activities to maintain productivity, quality, and safety Oversee and participate in concrete forming, slab preparation, rebar placement, and concrete finishing operations Build, set, and strip concrete forms Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications Assist with framing, layout, installation, and general construction tasks as needed Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and crew members Identify and resolve jobsite issues while maintaining project schedules Mentor crew members and promote accountability on the jobsite Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment What You Bring Minimum 3 years of concrete construction experience Strong experience in at least three of the following: Concrete forming Rebar tying Concrete finishing Slab preparation Wood or metal stud framing Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and jobsite operations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work in a hands-on, physically demanding environment Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Experience coordinating subcontractors and jobsite schedules Experience leading crews and managing workflow Commercial construction experience Why This Opportunity?
