Concrete Foreman

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects on-site. This role is vital in ensuring that all concrete-related activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Concrete Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities Supervise and direct concrete crews on construction sites, ensuring work is completed according to plans, schematics, and specifications Coordinate daily work schedules, manage resources, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately Ensure adherence to safety protocols by enforcing OSHA standards and maintaining a safe work environment at all times Oversee procurement of materials as necessary Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, including quality checks, and progress reports Skills Extensive construction site experience with a strong background in concrete work and supervision Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Knowledge of project scheduling principles and management practices to ensure timely project completion Excellent supervision skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a safety-first culture Ability to operate equipment like skidsteers and excavators Competence in using construction management tools for tracking progress, managing resources, and reporting outcomes Preferred Skills/ Knowledge 3-5 years Concrete Management Experience Reliable Transportation Experience operating Skid steer / Excavator Drivers License Experience towing heavy equipment (CDL preferred, not required) Operating Hours 6:30AM- 5PM Join us as a Concrete Foreman where your expertise will shape projects in a fast-paced construction environment. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
