EXPERIENCED Concrete Batcher

Job Summary Hard Rock Ready Mix (formerly Piedmont Ready Mix) is currently seeking an experienced (prefer min of 5 years)

CONCRETE BATCHER

for the new Mebane facility opening in June. Duties Operate concrete mixers, batching plants, and related heavy equipment to produce consistent concrete mixes Maintain accurate records of batch quantities, materials used, and production logs Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on batching equipment to ensure optimal operation Follow safety protocols diligently while handling machinery like loader and other heavy equipment Requirements Proven experience as a concrete batcher Mechanical knowledge related to concrete mixers, and batch plant Ability to operate front end loader safely and efficiently Strong understanding of mix designs and additives Batch computer experience (Sysdyne/Concrete Go or Command) INITIAL Interviews, orientation, and possibly some training will be conducted at the Asheboro facility.

Pay:

$26.50 - $30.00 per hour
