Charge:
Run the crew and drive production on heavy civil water/wastewater projects (poured-in-place tanks, walls, pump stations, and massive equipment pads). Build the
Backbone:
Take accurate field measurements, shoot grade, and field-cut wood bracing, edge forms, keyways, and blockouts with precision.
Get It Done:
Assemble, brace, and strip concrete forms. Tie reinforcing steel, assist with rebar placement, and oversee concrete pours and finishes.
Coordinate Details:
Install crucial embedded items, including metal/plastic wall sleeves, pipes, anchor bolts, and waterstops. Own the
Field:
Plan daily work sequences, communicate priorities clearly, keep your crew productive, and maintain a safe, clean, locked-down job site. What It Takes to
Win:
Proven Concrete Grit:
Solid, hands-on experience in form carpentry, rebar tying, and concrete pouring/finishing on poured-in-place structures.
Leadership Presence:
Past experience as a Concrete Foreman, Crew Leader, or Field Lead in heavy civil, wastewater, or large commercial infrastructure.
The Mindset:
Sharp eye for detail, the ability to read layouts from verbal/written instructions, and a proactive approach to sequencing a project from start to finish.
Physical Demands:
You must be able to handle handset form materials weighing up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, work confidently from scaffolding (10+ feet up), and conquer demanding outdoor job-site conditions.
