Fleet/ Warehouse/ Logistics Manager

  • Concrete Construction We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Shop / Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our concrete construction company's shop and yard.
This position is responsible for managing equipment, tools, materials, deliveries, inventory, and maintenance scheduling to help keep our field crews productive and our operations running efficiently. This is a working management position. The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of company shop and warehouse
  • Track and organize tools, equipment, and materials
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain inventory levels of materials, consumables, and shop supplies
  • Keep yard, warehouse, and shop areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Coordinate with project managers and field superintendents regarding equipment and material needs
  • Load/unload materials and equipment as needed
  • Monitor equipment condition and report damage or repair needs
  • Maintain service records and maintenance logs
  • Assist with fleet and trailer organization
  • Help ensure crews are properly stocked and prepared for jobs
  • Manage vendors, parts ordering, and service appointments when necessary Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, concrete, heavy equipment, or industrial operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Forklift and equipment operating experience preferred
  • Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred
  • Class A CDL
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors when needed
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented What We're Looking For

  • Experience around concrete construction equipment and materials is a major plus
