Concrete Coatings Installer

Overview We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Concrete Coating Installer to join our growing installation team. This hands-on position involves preparing and applying decorative concrete coatings that transform dull, damaged concrete into beautiful, high-performance surfaces. Responsibilities Prep concrete surfaces using grinders, hand tools, and other equipment Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings according to job specs Ensure proper curing, finishing, and clean-up of job sites Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work vehicle Work safely and efficiently in team environments Provide excellent customer service on every job Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and Physical stamina/capability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction projects. Must adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace. Previous experience in concrete coatings, flooring, painting, or construction is a plus (but not required—we're happy to train!)
