Duties Assist with the installation of fences by holding, measuring, and aligning materials accurately. Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and levels to support framing and assembly tasks. Help with heavy lifting of fence panels, posts, concrete bags, and other materials to ensure efficient workflow. Support the use of power tools for cutting, drilling, and fastening components during fence construction. Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials for smooth operations. Aid in concrete forming and finishing processes when installing posts or other structural elements. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on construction sites. Skills Basic knowledge of construction practices and familiarity with carpentry tools. Experience or interest in frame carpentry, masonry, or landscape maintenance is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in fencing and general construction tasks. Strong physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move materials consistently. Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team.
