The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting premium ready mix concrete to construction sites, ensuring safe, consistent and timely delivery. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of trucks, including concrete mixers, commercial vehicles, and heavy equipment as needed
• Transport concrete to (and from, if necessary) job sites
• Follow route plan on delivery ticket
• Maintain concrete on truck
• Delivering concrete efficiently, timely and professionally
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Maintain a consistent acceptable routine shown at training
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles
• Maintain truck cleanliness (inside and out) to an acceptable standard Requirements
• CDL driver's license class B with a clean driving record
• Pre-employment DOT drug test
• Current up to date medical card
• Experience in operating heavy equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of concrete pumping, paving, and construction site operations, a plus
• Higher standard of work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, follow instructions accurately and work long hours (as needed)
• Ability to work outdoors, in potentially extreme hot, cold and wet conditions.
