We're looking for someone who can confidently bounce between residential flatwork and larger commercial jobs while keeping projects organized, efficient, and safe. Wall experience, finishing ability, and equipment operation are all major pluses. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews on residential and commercial projects Coordinate daily schedules, crew tasks, and jobsite workflow Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project plans Oversee concrete placement, forming, grading, finishing, and cleanup Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Operate and supervise use of skid steers and other equipment Maintain safe jobsites and enforce OSHA/safety standards Communicate with project managers, contractors, and team members effectively Assist with layout, site prep, and overall project coordination Preferred Experience & Skills Proven experience leading concrete crews Ability to work on both residential and commercial concrete projects Wall experience is a strong plus Ability to finish concrete is a strong plus Comfortable operating skid steers and jobsite equipment Knowledge of forming, flatwork, footings, and site prep Ability to read blueprints and plans Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, or other construction software is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone who: Takes pride in quality work Can lead by example Shows up ready to work Can adapt between different project types and crews Values safety, teamwork, and efficiency Join a company that values hard work, professionalism, and building high-quality concrete projects the right way.
