Due to continued success and expansion, we have a need for a Concrete Foreman. This position requires the following skill set: Considerable knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools and equipment used in concrete construction and maintenance. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Coordinate crew, materials, and equipment in an efficient manner to meet daily and project deadlines. Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work. Ability to understand and oral and written instructions Ability to interpret blueprints and make simple calculations in order to read survey stakes and calculate areas and volumes. Ability to instruct and direct the work of Laborers. Additionally, this position requires a flexible schedule as much of this work is done overnights and weekends while customer contact is less frequent.
