In this role, you'll work alongside skilled tradespeople to prepare, pour, and finish concrete surfaces. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills and grow within the industry. Duties Assist with the setup and dismantling of formwork and rebar installation to ensure precise concrete placement Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform concrete finishing tasks Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, using trowels, floats, and other tools Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications for concrete forms, elevations, and finishes Support renovation projects by performing demolition, framing, carpentry when required Experience Prior construction site experience with exposure to concrete finishing or related trades preferred Familiarity with rebar installation, form building, and metal stud framing enhances your versatility on the job
