Concrete Project Manager CL Construction LLC Lincoln, NE Job Details 4 hours ago Qualifications Blueprint specification interpretation Construction cost control Construction safety management Construction schedule coordination Schedule management Driver's License Construction budget management Implementation of OSHA safety standards Productivity software Construction workplace safety regulations Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Concrete Project Manager Travel Required (Based out of Lincoln, NE) CL Construction is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to oversee concrete construction projects from initial bid through final completion. This role is responsible for identifying new work opportunities, estimating, planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout of multiple concrete projects across commercial, agricultural, and industrial sectors. You'll work closely with superintendents, foremen, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on or below budget. What You'll Do Identify and estimate new concrete project opportunities. Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to prepare accurate bids and cost estimates. Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors and verify material availability. Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and execution strategies. Secure materials, equipment, and subcontractors once projects are awarded. Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to successfully launch and execute projects. Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and safety compliance through regular site visits. Track costs, forecast project outcomes, and manage change orders. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding schedules, progress, and cost impacts. Lead project meetings and support field teams to drive successful project completion. Ensure projects meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Assist in resolving field issues quickly and efficiently to minimize delays. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For Required:
3-5 years of experience in construction project management or coordination, preferably in concrete construction. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multiple active projects. Strong knowledge of concrete construction including flatwork, foundations, walls, and site concrete. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings. Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software. Strong technology skills and ability to quickly learn new software/programs. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Preferred:
Experience with estimating and bidding concrete projects. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
