Peterborough, New Hampshire Job Description One of our clients, a consistently growing, family-run specialty construction firm, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Concrete Superintendent to oversee daily field operations. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage field operations from project start to completion Supervise and delegate tasks to carpenters and laborers as needed Review project scope and drawings with management to ensure full understanding before each job Coordinate concrete pumping and daily logistics Prepare and submit daily job reports and manpower updates Maintain jobsite safety and enforce site-specific regulations Oversee quality control during all concrete placements Participate in jobsite and foreman meetings as required

Qualifications:

Proven experience in concrete construction (forming, rebar, placement, finishing) Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong knowledge of power tools and concrete systems Valid Driver's License (Required) OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Preferred) Hoisting License (Preferred)

Pay Range:

$105,000 - $135,000 base salary (commensurate with experience). Additional benefits, travel expenses/company vehicle and bonus compensation may be available.
