Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Concrete Dispatcher to join our team! In this vital role, you will coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of concrete delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient service for our clients. Your proactive communication skills and attention to detail will help optimize our supply chain operations, improve transportation planning, and maintain seamless logistics workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction through expert dispatching and resource management. Duties Coordinate with drivers and customers to schedule concrete deliveries. Manage dispatching activities for multiple trucks. Communicate effectively via multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette when liaising with clients, drivers. Monitor freight movements, shipping & receiving schedules, and fleet management activities to ensure smooth logistics operations. Qualifications Proven experience with transportation. Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for coordinating with drivers and customers. Ability to multitask effectively using multi-line phone systems while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
