Job Description

We are hiring a Concrete Project Manager and Estimator with at least 5 years of experience in high-rise megastructures. This is a 100% in-person role offering a salary of $120,000 - $180,000, inclusive of phone, car, and gas allowances, plus benefits like 401(k), health, dental, and PTO.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management (preferred U.S. degree). Minimum 4 years of new construction shell experience as a Project Manager. Multifamily apartments or condos experience preferred.
