Precast Concrete Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Duties Assist in the preparation of forms clearing debris and application of form oil while ensuring a safe working environment. Set-up of forms using common hand tools to place reinforcing rebar, concrete inserts, etc. Safely operate impact wrenches and common other hand tools. Engage in basic carpentry work as needed (a plus) Apply caulking and sealants to forming where required. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Other responsibilities as may be required. Skills Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Ability to read tape measure. Experience with concrete is preferred but not required. is a plus.
