Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Concrete Coating Installers to join our crew. This role involves surface prep, coating application, and delivering a top-tier finished product. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Grind, prep, and repair concrete surfaces
• Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating systems
• Broadcast flake and apply topcoats
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in concrete coatings, construction, or similar field preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Team player with a positive attitude
