Experienced Concrete Finisher

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality concrete finishing work on a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and renovation sites. Your expertise will ensure smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing concrete surfaces that meet project specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools, power tools, and trowels to achieve desired textures and finishes. Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to provide structural integrity for concrete structures. Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and other machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements and specifications. Prepare forms, molds, and frameworks for pouring concrete, ensuring proper alignment and stability for accurate results. Perform related tasks such as caulking, stucco application, trim carpentry, masonry work, metal stud framing, and roofing as needed for project completion. Assist with demolition, restoration, renovation projects, and heavy lifting tasks to support overall construction goals. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar construction role with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Extensive knowledge of concrete finishing techniques including floating, troweling, brooming, stamping, and sealing. Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assist in project planning and material procurement. Skilled in rebar installation, form setting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Experience working on construction sites with heavy equipment operation such as mixers and pumps. Knowledge of masonry practices including tile laying, flooring installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and metal stud framing. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining precision in finishing tasks. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience operating heavy machinery preferred but not required. Pay:

$25.50 - $30.71 per hour
