Concrete Tender - Installer & Finisher

Concrete Tender / Rebar installer / Finisher Denco, Inc. is hiring an experienced Concrete Tender/Rebar Installer/Finisher to join our construction crew in Southern New Mexico. You'll work across a range of commercial and government projects — forming, finishing, rebar, and ground prep — the full scope of skilled concrete work. We're not looking for a helper; we need someone who can own their portion of a pour and deliver clean, professional results. Compensation:

$33,280 - $45,760 yearly

Responsibilities:

Build and set concrete forms for footings, walls, slabs, columns, and other structures per drawings Perform ground preparation, including grading, compaction, and layout Place, cut, bend, tie, and position rebar according to project specifications Pour, spread, screed, bull float, and finish concrete to required grades, slopes, and surface textures Read and work from construction plans alongside project supervisors Strip forms, clean equipment, and maintain a safe, organized job site throughout the project

Qualifications:

5+ years of concrete experience across forming, finishing, rebar, and ground prep — all four, not just one or two Ability to read and execute from construction plans and project specifications Must be local to Las Cruces or Alamogordo, NM Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation Physically capable of sustained outdoor labor in New Mexico heat and field conditions Dependable, punctual, and a clear communicator on the job site About Company Denco, Inc. has served New Mexico since 1997 with quality general construction services for government clients.
